Release & Waiver of Liability

Thank you for reserving hunting dates with us. The person booking the hunt will be deemed to be an agent; responsible for the actions and any potential liabilities of all members of their hunting party. As the agent you’re also responsible for ensuring that all members of your party – whether hunting or not – reads and agree to the Release & Waiver of Liability

As an agent, your electronic signature will be a legally binding agreement for all members of your party. This must be agreed to and completed prior to arrival. Minors will be deemed to be part of this agreement by adult parent or guardian acknowledging and agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth.
